San Andreas multiplayer doesnt work! help!

I installed today Gta SA MP-0.3b and i have a problem.
When i try to enter a server it enters the game but instead of seeing the sa-mp login screen the game starts like in normal mod.
Then i get this error:

what changed? If you have some mods loaded they may cause conflicts if you have patched up GTA:SA
