Save dialogue box too small

Whenever I want to save something or save as, the save dialogue box pops up - because it is so small (and because have a load of files to scroll through) I have resize it - pain - how can I make the save dialogue box fill my entire screen and stay that way?

Never tried this myself , but. Have you thought of opening the save window, maximise, hold down control and close the save window. Theoretically the next time (i.e. NOW!!!) you open the save window it should remember its last size/position. Let me know!!

you are a genius - I use the same function all the time but never thought to use it on the save dialogue box - d'uh....
