What I posted was for Internet Explorer since it was unclear what you were referring to at the time. That would have no affect on Windows Live Mail.

You can right click on the email account name in the left pane, and click on Show or hide folders to see all folders for that email account.

Blink/Shawn - I am using window live mail 2012.If I click on the small arrow it simply expands the folder. I used to have a save folder and it contains lots of important information. If I look up a solution they all tell me to use the drop down tool s menu which I don’t have. I’m baffled!

If you sign in to that email account online instead of in WLM, is the Save folder there?

Did you check in all folders in "Storage Folders" to see if it may be there? Possibly in "Recovered items".

Did you click on the small arrow next to the Inbox as suggested in Post #8 ?

Herm,

It's looking like you may have permanently deleted your "Save" folder.

Who is your email provider?

You would normally go to their site to log on to your email account to be able to also view your email online.

Herm,

I would try signing in at Cox's website to view your email to see if the folder may be there first.
