Hi. Can anyone offer any clue as to why the saved password for a certain site (Fasthosts as it happens) is not accepted, whereas if I delete the password, then type it in, this is accepted and access is gained. The saved password is correct, there is no error with it. The username is a domain name (such as jonnerswebsite.me.uk) not an email, such as [email protected]. Being a layman I cannot grasp how access is only gained when I manually type in the password, but not if the password is placed there by Windows 7. Thanks. Rich
