saving files

Hi, this might be a bit of a silly question, but when i save files, ie documents in a specific folder my computer also saves them to a folder in my music files called unspecified, how do i stop this as its seems all my files are doubled, will this be using more space? or is it normal?

If you can upload a screenshot that would be great.
This happens in what programs?
What type of files?
What file locations?
When did this start to happen, recently or always?

First step would be virus scan, and run Malware Bytes antimalware too.
