Black Posse, welcome to the windows 7 forum.

I suggest that you use domain user profiles to set the documents to a network drive directory.
this way, when they save it should go into the profile directory for that profile.

First, what server operating system are you using?
profiles are per individual to map drives and attach other devices.

Are you the domain admin for your server network?

Black Posse, You might want to google server profiles, also the server has a help file regarding where the profiles are stored. They are kinda like batch files which map drivers and setup your options.

Server 2008R2 is a good OS which has lots of options.

Have you been on MS's site and asked questions re their forums for servers?
