Saving WindowsImageBackups

Hi All.
Can I save more than 1 WindowsImageBackup to ext-hdd .
If it's possible can i just rename them so i know which one for what pc ...?
Like WindowsImageBackupVaioFZ140 ... & so on ..
incase i need to reimage one of the pc.
