scanning problems with 926 printer

I have had numeous problems with my 926 printer after getting Windows 7. It prints and copies, but when I scan, it does not save the document to "my document". I often have to scan and e-mail documents, and cannot seem to make this work. HELP!

Try to scan from PAINT > File > from Camera and Scanner. Then you can save the document wherever you like (Save as).

This may be because Windows 7 does not designate a "my document" folder, rather it is now simply "document". You may need to re-designate the save option through your printer's scanning software.
