im looking for a screen capture program that will take a screen capture every 3 seconds and save it to a folder on my desktop, a simple and easy program.

Bottom line, there are a ton of capture programs out there that will do this. Googling the your question will pull up a lot of options.

I do wonder because of the mass amount of space it would take to save a screen shot every 3 seconds; why one would want to do such a thing.

In fact 28,800 captures/day @ aprox 500k/shot = 1.44GB
