i just got a new vidio card ati 5870 and my tv on the media center was working fine untill i installed it and tryed to watch tv on the media center.I have tryed firstly a complete format and then i trolled forum and tryed fixes none that have worked it seems its only on my smaller second screen and even if i put the media center over on my biger screen the other still flashes it looks almost like its part of the screen im watching flashing up very fast with lines out of it.
i have also noticed when playing world of warcraft a few little flashes and such but there are always glitchs with the game so im not sure there conected.
