Screen goes blank, then comes straight back on

Hello, i am running windows 7 64bit and my screen randomly goes black, but the monitor light never goes off. It just happens randomly, around 3 times a day, never happens in games, just seems to be when i am browsing, watching videos in media player. I have tried another monitor to rule that out, so i know its not that, and my PSU is new, have checked all wires are fully secure, have went through the power options, don't know what else to try.

GPU when idle sits at 37oc, so not a heat issue.
