Solved Screen image shaking

For some reason my screen image is shaking. I think that this started happening when I installed the XVid codecs.
I did System Restore, no effect. I tried to change the refresh rate, no effect. I tried to change the resolution, no effect. I tried to upgrade my graphics card drivers, it said I have the latest ones.
My monitor is a Samsung SyncMaster 2032MW and I use a NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 graphics card.
Please help, this is getting more and more annoying... D:

Things you can try:
- Unplug the monitor from power mains for a couple of minutes
- Make sure the cable is plugged in firmly on both ends
- Try another cable
- Try another port on GTS450 (if possible)

Hi, it seems that a restart fixed everything... the image is not shaking anymore. I guess this can be marked as solved now.
