Screen res problem

My colleague has just done a fresh w7 install on his pc and the screen res is set at HUGE, i went in to display settings but it does not give you any options to change it. Is this a common problem? Its a Dell 2400 running on a samsung 19" widescreen 1440 x 900.

Hi, Bigadamski.

I'd try playing around with the settings again. Navigate to the following location.

• Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display\Screen Resolution

Then check the resolution with a variety of different configurations. Also try using the 'Detect' and 'Identify' functions.

I assume all drivers have been correctly installed. Let us know how he goes.
