I am running W7 64 bit with an ATI Radeeon HD 2600 HD Pro. \\i have the latest drivers installed but when the PC goes into sleep mode and I go to use it the screen resolution has defaulted to a low setting. I right click my mouse and select screen resolution to reset upon where the screen retains the new settings till I stop using the PC and it goes into sleep mode again. It also does this if I re-boot the PC. Appreciate if anyone can advise on how to get the PC to retain my higher screen resolution settings

Download new drivers from ATI and uninstall the old/current driver completely. Example using Driver Sweeper. Then install the new driver. Hope this helps.

Downloaded Catalyst drivers, uninstalled old drivers and installed new ones. All seems to be working OK. Many thanks
