That means you're probably missing the correct driver for your graphics card/gpu chipset. Unless you happen to be logged in without administrator privileges

If you take the time to fill out your system specs and/or give an exact model number for your computer, it will go a long way towards solving your problem

Hello jamesyf, welcome to Seven Forums. Other than adding your specs, which is always helpful, give us some history as well. Is this a new installation/configuration that doesn't work? Is this an old setup that worked fine, and suddenly stopped working? Did you change anything, or experience something that may have triggered the problem?
