Screen saver no longer works.. SOLVED

Ok so my screen saver wont work. Ive tested it at 1 min intervals and no matter what i do wont work. Change theme, Set power options to never turn off . Nutting helps.
Windows 7 ultimate 64bit.. laptop ..
