HI,I have a problem with my PC not sure where to go with this but heres the problem when I to a new page instead of it staying at full screen I some times I will get half of screen 3/4 of a screen then I will have to click on the maximize button to get full screen.
I had this once in awhile with WINXP but can not find out how fix this problem in WIN 7 and as usual it wil be something simple and stupid that I am over looking, thanks

I.E and FIREFOX also still have blinking hour glass and that's mostly in F/F.
Now I have lost F/F browser page this all started about the time I got pop up to go to a new version of ADOBE FLASH PLAYER and right after that I thought I saw warning about a bogus update to ADOBE FLASH PLAYER there appears to be a little gremlin in my PC but where it is I do not know have run every scan possible and nothing comes up but tracking cookies.

These are the scans I have run MALWAREBYTES,SUPER-ANTISPYWARE,HITMAN PRO,DEFRAGED MY PC,went into msconfig to startup and did not see anything that I feel should not be running.
The one thing I saw is FLASH was stopped which is possibly why youtube does not work in F/F,
I was hopping there was something better ADOB FLASH PLAYER and there probably is just have not looked for it.

ILDPCS, sorry for the late response, I had to get some sleep.

Can you delete all cookies from your browser? You can do it manually in the browser or by using a program like CCleaner (just remember to untick your saved passwords, while this won't stop ALL your passwords from being saved as some are saved via cookies).

Try this for Internet explorer

As far as Adobe flash, I believe there are alternatives but I have never used them so I wouldn't want to suggest anything to you that I haven't downloaded and tested myself. However, Adobe has had a history of problems and security holes.

Next time you open your browser and it is too small, just grab the edge with your mouse and stretch the edges to fill the screen. It should remember that next time.
