My wifes and my desktops both have Windows 7 Home. For the last 2 weeks the screensaver have been freezing up after sitting for over night. And the only way to wake them is to shut down the computer. My desktop when starting again comes up to the Windows Error Recovery window but will not see the keyboard (wireless keyboard). I have to let the countdown run through , the wifes keyboard will interrupt the countdown. We have PC Tool Internet Security and keep our computers clean with CCleaner with CCEnhance , Diskeeper , and keep software up to date with Cnet Tech Tracker , Secunia PSI. I have also run Spybot in safe mode nothing there. Any body have any ideas ? Thanks funnnyfarm

You can try to spot errors with Event Viewer.

Open the Start Menu, and type eventvwr.msc in the search box and press enter.
If prompted by UAC, then click on Yes (Windows 7) or Continue (Vista).
In the left pane of Event Viewer, double click on Windows Logs to expand it, then right click on System and check for errors (see screenshot).

Please post description of errors occurred within the described time.
If nothing will be in System, please check Application section.
