Solved Screensaver videos keep coming up

Hi,

My laptop was inundated with viruses about 6 months ago which I cleaned with Avast antivirus

Since then I have been getting a screensaver when I don't touch the laptop for a few minutes (It's like a video but it seems to change, it looks like a youtube video) They are quite amusing (Some have cats jumping on cars etc) but is still irritating

As I only have windows 7 Starter I shouldn't be able to get screen savers so not really sure how to remove this-If I run a virus scan it comes up as clean

Look into the startup programs whether that is there. If yes, disable it.

Hi,

Was a programme called Blinkxbeat and when I googled it seemed to be a well known virus/annoyance

Have removed and seemed to come off really easy, done another virus check and still says to be clean so hopefully is the end of it
