First of all hi all im new here . next how do i save a screen shot of my desktop . as im having an issue with wei cpu score dropped from 7.9 to 7.3 thanks in advance

Hi robby and welcome to the Forum
Use the snipping tool for this. Just type "snipping" in the search box and click the top item. When the Snipping tool opens click "New" and choose full screen snip and then click the save button. Let itt save to a PNG. That seems to give the best quality.
