Scroll bar question

Hello, I currently use a Wacom Cintiq 21ux and everything in my life is perfect apart from one tiny little thing, I want to put the scroll bar on windows explorer (the file browser not the internet browser) on the left hand side of the screen as I am left handed. I know this seems a petty little thing to be bugging you nice people about but it is staring to annoy me now...
I am using Windows 7 64bit ultimate.
All help in this matter will be wellcome.

Sorry, I don't think there is a way to do that.

Oh, well I was begining to think it was a long shot. I will have to use the slider on the Cintiq for it then. Thank you for your quick response and have a nice night / day.
