Scrolling Arrow

Hi, I'm Brad and recently, well just today I got a brand new laptop with Windows 7. And I've just now figured out that the touch pad in fact has the scroll feature still in it but when I do it an icon that looks like a silly cartoon arrow with a Ubisoft icon behind it appears, but the function still works. Is that normal? :sarc:

We could tell you quickly if you could use the built in snipping tool (typ snipping in search) to make a screen shot and upload it using the attachment icon (shaped like a paperclip) in the reply form. see pics
