SD Card

Ok I have a netbook that does not have an optical drive just a sd card. I am trying to install windows 7. It previously had Windows XP and while upgrading someone had disconnected the power cord and the install quit leaving me in limbo for the time being. Now when I boot it gives me the options to start windows normally with safe mode blah blah however no matter what i chose i get BSOD, I'm at a cross right now I have no idea how to format my hard drive and try to get windows 7 to finally boot from my SD card. And everything I've tried on the internet isn't helping. I have this netbook to boot from the SD drive however it just brings me to the options screen on how I would like to boot windows. So any help would be greatly appreciated and really needed!

Hello Anatainu, and welcome to Seven Forums.

If your netbook has a USB port, then you may be able to use the tutorial below to create a Window 7 installation USB key to use to install Windows 7 on your netbook.

No this did not help I have tried this both ways and I cannot get the iso to be recognized and my SD card is not being recognized in list disk I do NOT have a USB flash drive I only have SD cards

You're not going to be able to use a SD card to install Windows 7 from. If your netbook has a USB port, you can buy a 4GB USB key pretty cheap these days.

Did you make your OEM manufacturer Win XP Recovery USB disk?
Did you have a OEM manufacturer Win XP Recovery Partition?

Can you post your specs.
