I have sony vaio VGN-Z540, recently I upgraded my OS from vista to Win7 ultimate
but some drivers are not working properly;
susch as : Standard VGA graphic adapter,base system device and
SDA standard compliant SD host controller.

if you have these drivers please let me know and guide me to update my drivers.

Welcome to seven forums. Sony has a complete list of seven drivers for your system the base system drivers are for your card reader, I would also suggest you install the motherboard drivers.
