search bar is missing...

hey guys, ive seen mani threads about this issue

and i tried checking the windows search and it stil doesnt appears... i tried unchecking it too according to the article on how to turn on or off windows research in this forum... but when i uncheck and clicked Ok. the thing loads awhile and says 'an error
has occured. not all the files were changed'' and then the ''you must restart your computer to apply these changes'' and when i click restart now.... after restarting its stil the same... the windows search is stil checked in the turn windows feature on or off.... yet the search bar stil refuses to appear....

can anyone help me..
