Search Box After Sleep

Whenever my Win 7 64-bit PC comes out of Sleep, I still have a Windows Search box on my desktop. How do I stop this from appearing?

It is not there before, only after each time. It's the same box as if you pressed the F3 key.

I solved this by updating the software for my keyboard.
