Solved search box missing ( turn windows features on or off's box cheked)

As the tittle says, my search box is missing and the box at turn Windows features on or off is checked, I don’t not what else to do I tried restoring and it dint work. By the way I don’t have windows 7 cd because my computer was pre-loaded so I don’t have the disc.

I already try the firts and and for the second one, when I run win + F i get a box with an error " search: class not registered" but ctrl + F works fine

Is the value "NoFind" in the right pane, if it is what is it's value 0 0r 1

Hi

Try going into group policies, make sure "no search on start menu" is NOT configured. Also I do not have the NoResolveTrack entry in my registry, you could alter the value from 1 to 0. Please make a back up first......If no help try adding the Dword entry NoFind and set the value to 0
If these fail to resolve the problem, I would consider restoring to a restore point prior to this problem occuring.

Sorry for the late respond! thank you so much for you're help, I already solve the problem by taking the computer to the place i bought it, they reinstalled the disc, and problem solved=) thanks!!!!
