Hi -

The bugcheck on the lone dump -

0x24 (0x1904fb,,,) = NTFS File System = possible HDD issue

Run chkdsk /r on HDD

The 0x1904fb parm revealed a 0xc0000005 exception = memory access violation, which I believe to be related to outdated drivers at this time.

Update this 2004 Asus Cool 'n Quiet mobo utility driver ASAP -

Remove Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120, etc... virtual devices as they are known to cause BSODs specifically in Windows 7 & Vista systems/

So i been working all day with no problems -so far- did the chkdsk /r on both partitions, also erased DT, i had to reboot to cheek the primary partition and i didn't got to see if it found any problems ( door ringed, yay) pc is working fine but what caused (or is causing ) the Ntfs.sys Ntfs.sys+213d8 fffff880`0 ya da yada problem ? i have 8Gb ddr2 800 cas5 ( SuperTalent T8UB2GC5 2GB X 4) same micron chip in all sticks and IS downclocked to 667 cas5 even then maybe thats pushing my mobo to far? spd timing are
( 5.5.5.15.4.42.3.11.7.13 for ddr2 800 ) but i was using my old mem timings
( gzkill) 5.5.5.15.21.51.3.6.3.3, 1.8v maybe that was part of the problem?
kthanks
