How does one make a library in windows explorer have a second line, which tells you the size or something?

What I mean is, go to the second screenshot on this and look at explorer One of the last by ~kAtz93 on deviantART
I'm actually not sure if this is XP, but if it is, is there still a way that this can be done on win7?

Thanks,
samjonesx.
