Second Monitor problem

I installed Windows 7 Beta last night and am currently trying to use it now with my second monitor. I have a 15" Dell monitor that when I extend the displays, I get a squashed looking picture. and the top of the page looks rolled and I was unable to type anything in the address bar. I had to change my display settings on the monitor in order to get it going somewhat. I changed the settings to Horizontal 100 and Vertical 0. Now it looks skinny and it set to maximize. Any suggestions?

Hello twinx2481,

Welcome to the forums.

First it would help if you would go to the link at the bottom left of 'Your' post and update your system specs. Give as much info as you can. Take a look at my specs or that of others to get an idea what might be helpful.

Second have you downloaded and installed the latest graphics driver for your hardware?

Gary

I tried to install the new driver but it will not let me. It says that this does not work with this windows version.
