Security block on my hard drive....

So I recently built my first computer and ever since I've been wanting to put my hard drive from my older computer into my new computer to get all of my itunes music back and what not. So I did put my older hard drive into my newer computer but ran into a problem. Every time I attempt to open a file I get this security block pop up telling me to go to the security tab to gain access. So I went to the security tab and tried every option it felt like but got absolutely no where....

Any help is appreciated as I have like 3000 songs I'd love to get back lol, thank you!
