Solved Security Center Issue [Error 1068]

Hello people,
I do not know how do i describe my issue buy i guess in picture it will make it clear to understand.
A week ago i have some issue with my Eset Smart Security,So i decide to uninstall and reinstall it,After a sudden my computer doesn't allow me to reinstall eset smart security (You may see the problem in the image given)
Tried several of times,Did use eset uninstaller in safe mode but still the same problem.
I suspect something had gone wrong,Then i notice that there's a issue in the notification area and that is Security Center Service could not be started.
I try my luck to resolve it by going into services and check the security service and restarting it and it prompt out this:
"Windows could not start the security center on local computer
Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start"

I suspect there might be malware infected into my system and try my luck by installing malwarebyte anti malware but there's another issue comes out,The MBAM.exe also cannot be started,It shows error "Unable To Connect The Service"

I try by running Services>Malwarebyte Services>Properties>Dependencies Tab and again error prompt out by show the following error:

"Win32: The executable program that this service is configured to run in does not implement the service"

Same error in security center dependencies tab,I dont know how do i resolve this and i hope someone can help me.
