Security Essentials not working

When I install MS SE to my system it does not work correctly and when I try to open the MS SE it appears and suddenly disappears and does not protect my system.

I've seen this behaviour before on infected machines.

1st thing to do is to download MalwareBytes and perform a full system scan.
