security update for windows 7 for x64-based systems failed

i keep getting these results when im trying to update windows. ive tried using the clean boot and i have the same problem. Ive deleted all the folders from SoftwareDistribution and then tried the update again and it doesnt work. can you plz help fix this issue.

Hi Yard Dog,
Well i followed your instructions and the results are as shown below. And just FYI every time i try to run commands it says access denied or i need to be an admin, which i am the admin so i really don't know whats going on or what to do. I'm not really tech savvy so this has been frustrating for me. I've read so many articles and haven't gotten any where
