Hi everyone,
I want to cancel my registration in most of my online services. However, I don't actually know how many services are linked to my email.

Is there any utility to do such a job?

The answer is no, that is simply impossible. It would need a program to crawl into every possible online service in the world to check if you are a registered member.

Some simple steps you can do to find as many services as possible:
  • If you usually save your credentials ("Remember me" or "Stay connected" and so on), you can check your browser's Settings or Options for saved passwords to find all those sites you saved credentials for
  • Check your email inbox, usually all online services you register send at least a confirmation
  • Check your browser's history to find additional services
