I have 2 desktops wired into the router running Windows 7 home premium. I have a laptop (wireless) using XP. Have them all networked together and can share files etc. fine. One strange thing, on both the Win 7 machines when I click on the Windows network (in windows explorer) each machine shows up twice. Not really a problem, but it just doesn't look quite right. Any ideas why this would happen?

Greenman,
Can you do a print screen and post it so we can see what you are? Are you getting the same duplicates when you go to your network on the xp machine?

Thanks,
Sarah

Hi Greenman and welcome

can you make a screen shot using the built in snipping tool (type snipping in search) and upload it to us using the attachment icon (shaped like a paperclip) in the reply form?

Se Pics

Thanks and let us know if you need help with any of this
