Seeking help computer keep hanging, Auto restart and blue screen

Hey guy i really need your help in solving this problem.
My computer has been hanging, auto restarting and having blue screens alot lately it happens so randomly. From startup to editing text etc..
i would really appreciate Your kind help.

Window 7 Home premuim
Manufacturer: Dell
Model: Studio XPS9100
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU [email protected]
Ram: 4gb
System type: 64bit Operating System
Graphic card: ATI Radeon HD5670

i've tried using cc cleaner to fix registry problem
update the drivers
and yet problems still exist

Besides that i also did run chkdsk and there seems to be no problem
