Seeking win 7 help reading CBS log

Can anyone tell me what is causing my Win 7 Ultimate 64bit Asus P9X79 from being repaired. I have the following issues and have tried everything but just ran a scannow and got the attached log. I CANNOT READ IT OR KNOW WHAT MIGHT BE THE CULPRIT.

Known issues -
1) Win 7 will not shut down and has to use the power off button - this started about two weeks ago
2) Restore points will not be saved even though they show up after creating them - after forced reboot they are gone. I have adjusted the amount of storage to no avail.
3) on bootup there are three error messages which I have tried everything to solve and gave up

4) DgiVecp failed to start - file is not available (not the exact words which are not are not in front of me)

THE PC WILL SHUT DOWN NORMALLY WHEN EXITING FROM SAFE MODE

I have attached the CBS log showing that scannow could not complete the required repairs, but I cannot understand the error messages - I erased all data prior to Jul 31, 2015 when I first ran the Scannow

Tried a clean startup and it still will not shut down without holding down the power sw or using the reset button. After booting into SAFE mode it WILL shut down but it takes a long time - like 3 minutes whereas it used to be shut off in less than 30 sec.

I have tried to run chkdsk and it reboots (with a reset of course) and comes back to the black and white screen and tries to do the scan and refuses and then jumps right back into Win 7

I ran the scannow and attached the log in the original post in the hopes someone can read the hyroglipics and tell me what to look for.

I tried to run the Repair Console from the CD Rom and when I got to the install or repair option and selected repair it reports "This disk is incompatible with the operating system" (not exact - from memory). Well the CD Rom that is in the drive is the exact Windows Ultimate 64bit CD that was installed on that machine about a year ago by myself. It is a genuine disk that I purchased.

I am at my wits end as a reinstall is reallu not an option. Even though I switched the My folders, My Videos, My pictures folders to a terabyte drive for her (since the SSD is only 240Gb), she has saved some projects inside the program folders of things like Silhoutte, photoshop and so a reinstall will cause her to lose those projects.

Does anyone know where I can paste the results of the scannow file and "get a translation" similar to using Bing to translate Danish into English???

Ultimate box has 2 DVDs, one 32 bit one 64, make sure you are using the correct bit DVD.

By the way; your sfc results are clean. The 2 files reported as corrupt are actually not. This is a known issue that you can disregard.
