Solved Seemingly random BSOD

System was stable for 8 days, on the ninth day it rebooted, no idea why. I checked the reliability history and it noted a "windows was not properly shutdown" error.

Few hours ago the comp bsod see attached log, I also turned DV back on, once again it refuses to allow me to boot into windows with it on.

Your XNA Common Controller Driver [Xbox] is causing issues, I've never heard of such software, nor can I find much on Google.

Do you have any programs associated with an Xbox gaming driver?

Huh. I had my Logitech Gamepad F310 plugged in when it crashed, I never leave it plugged in but I left it to go eat supper.

Hmm I'll check and see if there are newer drivers for my gamepad.

Try removing this program.

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\[COLOR="Red"]Comodo[/COLOR]	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Comodo	Public

I've seen Anti Viruses cause lots of 0x3B bugchecks.

Replace it with MSE and Malwarebytes.

   Tip

Make sure you don't enable the free trial of malwarebytes pro, deselect the option when prompted.

If that doesn't help upload any new dump files then do the following again.

Enable driver verifier but only enable the options: Standard settings and IRP logging step 3.
Don't enable Force Pending I/O Requests

Enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier -Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

   Information

We use Driver Verifier as it puts a stress on the drivers, and so it makes the unstable drivers crash. This should flag the driver responsible in the dump file.
It

Driver Verifier will make the system laggy, this is normal so don't worry.

Before enabling DV, make sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer.

If there are no points, make a System Restore Point Manually

Post back the results.

Ok started DV roughly 20 hours ago, no problems, will report in in 4 hours.

I have the pro version of Malwarebytes, an odd thing is that when I get a blue screen it seems to wipe out MWB. As in I can't get it to run no matter what I do I get errors, I have to uninstall it and do a reinstall to get it to run again. I've been using MSE for a week or so now.

As for Comodo that was just a leftover folder, I haven't had that installed since the day after I made my first post.

Driver Verifier doesn't need to be monitored precisely. It won't hurt to leave it on a few more hours.
Make sure you don't enable the pro version of malwarebytes.

Oh geez, I've had the pro version for months, I can uninstall and reinstall and not choose the pro version if its needed.

What's bad about the pro-version that I'd want to stay away from it?

I've personally seen issues with the pro version, at least use it as a test to confirm.

Ok, 24 hours have come and gone no crashes, if/when I need to uninstall malwarebytes I'll install the free version.

Are you still crashing normally?
Disable DV and post any new crashes, this is getting tough now.

Crashes are very rare now. When we first started it was every few hours, as of 10 or so days ago there were no crashes for days and days. Right now things are running pretty smooth, the only times it's crashed in the past week I have uploaded the logs so it's not much at all.

Things are considerably better and I thank you for that.

New crash, once again I had my game pad plugged in. And the XNA Common Controller Driver [Xbox] from post 42 I believe was installed by Tony Hawk Pro Skater HD. I say this because when I started the program the other day someone popped up talking about x360ce. I believe this has something to do with the XNA CC driver and have uninstalled the game.

Anyway, new crash playing watch dogs using the controller.

On a side note would it be helpful if I deleted all but the most recent file from the minidump folder?

Since last post it's crashed atleast once a week, usually while playing games.

It's crashed six times since the 16th which has brought me back here for some advice.

There has been absolutely zero issues with the comp freezing. So whatever that problem was it's gone. Go team.

Going to turn on DV and give it a day. See logs.
