Hi,
I've been experiencing BSODs for a couple of months, but they seem to be getting more frequent recently. It's mostly when I'm running several programs (but not games), but other than that I haven't noticed anything particular. Sorry not to be more specific - I'd be really grateful for any help, and please let me know if you need any further info. Thanks a lot!

Remove McAfee antivirus and use Microsoft Security Essentials only. It is apparently the reason behind your BSOD's.

Keep the Free version of Malwarebytes, update and make full scans separately:

Your Antivirus software is basically whats just needed there.

Use the System File Checker tool and Run Disk Check:

Let us know if the BSOD's continue.

That's great, thank you so much koolkat 77. I removed McAfee, downloaded the free version of Malwarebytes (didn't seem to have it already), and did full scans. No problems so far, so fingers crossed...

Very grateful for your help!
