That would work but I use MS office Outlook 2007 as my primary email client. Any ideas for MS outlook.

I fixed my send link by e-mail.......Go to the tool bar (where the home house is) and press right mouse. Click on "Customize"......Click on ADD REMOVE COMMANDS.....Look for the SEND LINK or SEND PAGE BY E-MAIL in the left pane...and click ADD. You will now see this option on your tool bar. Please note it will be a stand alone command and not under the "PAGE". Mine appeared to the left of the HOME house

I've been struggling with this issue since I bought my new Dell with Windows 7. I used to be able to select "page" in the toolbar and "send link by e-mail" was there. It still is, but is grayed out. I use an external e-mail client, Incredimail, and thought it was not recognizing that application. I followed your instructions, added the link to the toolbar, and voila! Back in business! Thanks so much! I guess that's the joy of new versions of Windows--some things are ALWAYS going to change.

Fixed at last !!!!!! Many thanks Jimr.
But why do Microsoft make things so difficult ??????
Why can't we just have the them NOT greyed out like before ?????
