Send To option help

I added Windows updates and lost my option for Bluetooth on my (right click)
mouse button. Now I have an option for Skype.
Anyone have any ideas on how to add Bluetooth back to my Send To options

The sendto folder is located at

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo

Where <username> is your account name.
