Seperate user account still affect others "envirement"

Lets say I have two user accounts on my windows 7 machine. (both with admin rights) If one account gets a virus/malware, will the other account become infected?

It depends on the type of malware affecting the machine. Some malware will act globally (across all user accounts) other malware will act locally (affect only one account)

Remember to ensure you have good protection to avoid infection in the first place. A minimum of an antivirus with 'real time protection' (running all the time) and an anti-malware scanner running as 'scan on demand' (as and when needed) is a must in today's environment.

Answer : yes. Virus attacks the operating system, not individual accounts.

After you have downloaded and installed it, it should prompt you to update the program. If it does not, open Malwarebytes > click update > after that, click Scanner > click Perform Full scan.
When done, it will show you the summary and report.

Any virus/malware that gets downloaded, firstly get run with the rights/privileges of the account that downloaded it. Both accounts have "admin" rights.

The virus/malware has the rights to do whatever it likes until/if the virus scanner picks it up.

User accounts are useful.
Run As Administrator is even more.
