Serious BSOD Problem every 1 to 2 minutes!

*Serious BSOD Help Needed*

Just did a clean install of Win 7 Home Premium and during the process my screen would go dark and then laptop would shut off, this happened like 4 times. Finally got the install done and laptop was okey before the first round of like 70 updates thru windows update.Now im getting the same BSOD like every 1 or 2 minutes.I had to restart this post 6 times because of the BSOD would interrupt me and shut down the system.Im now posting here by going thru Safe Mode with Networking and notice that i have not gotten any BSOD in like 5 minutes.Anyways, i Followed the instructions and attached the dumps and health report. Someone please help me, this is the pc i use to work and cannot use it like this.Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Hello Damien718 and welcome to SF!

The first problem to fix is that you are missing basic drivers for your motherboard (mobo) to function:

For yhat you need to go to the manufacturer site and download latest chipsets etc for you system. If your system has difficulty starting up, try that in Safe Mode w/ Networking Safe Mode - Windows 7 Forums

However, one of the dumps also points to hardware reasons for the crashes. So, if the above does not work, we'll start memory testing first:

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program.

Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot.

Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

First of all i wanna say thank you for your help. I will download what you told me to and run the test, after i download and install the mobo drivers.I will start on this right now and post back as soon as done, and again... Thanks!
