earlier this week the power went out at my house. so, i had to restart my computer, which entails unplugging 2 usb cords. anyway i hit the power button, it said resuming windows, not an issue. 2 days later, power out again. this time it wanted to restore, i decided to just go with the starting it up. long story short, windows update pops up and says downloads ready, 3 of them, 2 security, and SP 1. I'm not "worried" really, i do have my hd cloned, yet i just wonder what i might have done to make this happen. this is not a need to know and fix it right now kind of thing, and yes, if i had an ups this would not be an issue...
