Setting high restrictions for a user account

Hello all,

I have two accounts on my computer and want to keep one locked down when my kids are on it. Of course I want my Admin account to have full control and my kids account to have very limited functions. I installed somes games for them to play and I don't want them messing around with anything else. This is what I am looking for.

1.) Lock the start menu
2.) Disable right click

Just for the limited account. I don't see there being an easy way to do it.
Does this require changing values in the registry?

I have set up the Parental Controls. I don't see any options about disabling the start menu or right click. Maybe I'm going a little overboard.

Personally, I do not think that you are going overboard. It must present quite a challenge to attempt to bring up children in today's world.
