setting up PAN

hi I've been having some trouble with setting up a my desktop and laptop sharing an internet connection via PANetwork is there anyway to do that and if yes how please I need this sorted out any help would be greatly appreciated :D

one thing that you shoudl supply for us is what kind of cell phone you are using or what device you are using for the PAN


and what device do you have on your laptop/desktop that is accepting the PAN?

I'm using Sony Ericsson K850i.
I can connect it via BT lan access server in Windows XP to the surf the internet but unable to do the same in Windows 7. :(
