Greets,
windows7 x64
This doesn't necessarily relate to win7,
but i am hoping that if its too far off,
someone can aim me in the right direction.

I have installed pythonCard following instructions @
Installing PythonCard on Windows
And i get the error msg:
"Could not create key PythonCard-py2.7"
and two other 'Could not create key' messages.
Pls, what releases of Python/wxPython/PythonCard
should i be using?

Thanks a lot...Vernon Marsden

Installing PythonCard on your system requires the following steps:
  1. Download Python from the python.org site.
  2. Download wxPython from the wxPython.org site.
  3. Download PythonCard from the PythonCard site.
  4. Install Python
  5. Install wxPython
  6. Install PythonCard
  7. Confirm the installation works
I first assume you installed all the above. Right click the installer(s) and run as Administrator. If you still get the error right click them and select properties, Compatibility tab and tick the box for Run this program in compaibility mode for: and select something besides Win 7 if this has run for you in the past in, say, XP or Vista.

I'm sorry all I know about Python is what I read from your link. I would think you need the X64 version for your 64 bit Win 7. I would suggest you contact the authors of Python for help with the version.
