Things I do.
When receiving help from Microsoft I always mention in my reply and survey that I'm Layback Bear of the Windows 7 forum and I will post their repair so others on the forum can if needed use it. I'm happy to say that I don't use their service often because I have few problems and most of them are taken care of by this Form. It's good to know that Microsoft is watching us. To all of those that get Microsoft's pat on the back; Great Job.

Thats true andrew, the MCCA is more based on the contribution to the community and that can include the contributions to the moral of a forum too,
as opposed to MVP being almost to a professional level

that said we cannot knock the fantastic efforts of all our award winners ,they have been well earned and have gone to very worthy winners.

when they have a silly sausage award i may just stand a chance.
