You have uploaded two different crash dumps. One dated 12/02/2013, that indicates a Stop 0x117, VIDEO_TDR_TIMEOUT_DETECTED. After that, the next one is of 13/03/2013, which is driver verifier enabled.

What happened in between this time? Why you enabled driver after one month? Make the situation clear please? And, better you post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions so that we can have all the relevant data that we need to have a closer look to the issue.

Apply the latest version of nVidia display driver.
You may download it directly, from our forum link http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-cards/602-latest-nvidia-forceware-video-drivers-windows-7-a.html; or you may opt for the Option 2 of Drivers- Download NVIDIA Drivers for “Automatically find drivers for my NVIDIA products” (it requires java installed).

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

How old the computer is? Is it a custom build or a branded one? Can you dismantle the computer, re-seat the RAM and graphics card and clean the fan grills and air vents?

Let us know the results.

Darn you beat me to it Arc! :)

Everything he said is the best course of action. Both dump files point to video drivers and memory issues. Maybe you didn't install new drivers for the new video card you installed.

Sorry, i have no idea what happened between that, I just copied 2 DMP files my windows claimed to be a problem, I have now uploaded a proper File with your instructions

Long story short, i got used cpu+motherboard from my friend at xmas, shortly after i took it to computer shop because it just keeped crashing and had BSOD's from start, They Took it apart and build-ed it from start. Tested it with MEMTEST+86 overnight, When i got it back the problem did not disappear so i got new gtx650ti in hopes of solving it, No use, BSOD's just kept coming

So just to clarify i have no idea Why driver Was enabled after one month.

I just installed new drivers for my gtx650ti yesterday

And my computer is custom build

Disable driver verifier now.

Install Service pack 1 and all the other windows updates.

It's a case of Memory Corruption, apparently.

How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

AVG TDI Driver is causing a major issue here.
Code:
fffff880`09cc2ca8 fffff880`00c00000Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\[URL="http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=avgtdia.sys"]avgtdia.sys[/URL], Win32 error 0n2

 avgtdia
Uninstall AVG using AVG Remover. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

The realtek network driver is failing here.
Code:
fffff880`09cc3030 fffff880`040a1ae8Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\[URL="http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=Rt64win7.sys"]Rt64win7.sys[/URL], Win32 error 0n2

 Rt64win7+0x16ae8
And that is extremely old.
Code:

Update it from Realtek

The BIOS is very old, too.
Code:
BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. V1.[COLOR=Red]4, 2.9.2009[/COLOR]
Update it from the hardware manufacturers website.

If you are overclocking any part of the hardware say CPU or GPU, stop now.

Let us know the results.
